Peace Love Beignets

My son Blake is visiting friends in New Orleans this week and I imagine he’s enjoying some yummy beignets, probably at Café Du Monde. NOLA Cuisine, a site “celebrating the food and drink of New Orleans, Louisiana” is a treat to browse if you love Cajun food and, of course, beignets.
